Excellent basic workout for people interested in getting into calisthenics. Can't wait to implement this in my own training schedule.

Could also use the sample diet plan to make some tweaks to my own plan. If one can actually follow through on theses exercises and continue with the intermediate and advanced levels you are ready for Godhood.
